Despite MM's warning not to tack, AM does so, blatantly breaking R15. Next, AM spins directly into traffic, taking out several boats. MM forced tack brings him under lay, and a pretty sure first position is ruined. I believe AM is willingly breaking rules here. In time, all spins are done, and then AM sheets out and floats around in the field. By no means was there compliance with R44.2.
Furthermore: there was talk in the field that AM is a second account name for YoungerGun or YoungestGun (one of the YG's anyway), and that this second account is used to dodge a Red Flag ruling. If this is the case, then I suggest a Black Flag based on IP.

Hi asainmonkey,
I warned you about your racist comments in the sailing fields yesterday and had to mute you. Now we see you breaking rules and not exonerating correctly and causing chaos and ruining others racing.
Having a 2nd account to get around account restrictions is a big no, no. Both accounts will be restricted and one closed down. Stick to one account or your access to sailx will be denied, you will be kicked off sailx altogether. Understand?
Decision:
asainmonkey breaks R15 purposefully and thus breaks R2 so gets a DSQ and account restrictions.

Hi Moderators,
For me this Username is one of the most derogatory comments that can be made to a person of asian origin.
I respectfully request that this username be retired (unless the user can explain the meaning of it from his/her point of view, and that it does not refer to a person of a particular race in a extremely rude manner.
I refer to the mispelling of asian as asain.

Yes i agree i think this account should be banned he was using bad words in field the other day.And some other stuff he said were appuling.Then the name is not very nice so altogether ban the account.Thanks for listening to my views
