Couldn't tell if you we're tacking or heading up really fast.
If its the first, then it's an obvious violation of Rule 13 (keeping clear while tacking).
If you we're heading me up, then you a) didn't give me enough time to keep clear and/or b) you sailed way above proper course.
I couldn't really tell by the replay, I only looked at it once.

Let's examine the facts:
1. We were both inside the boat length circle.
2. You owed me mark room.
3. You gave me room, but chose to tack inside the circle.
4. Midway through the tack, you hit me, a clear violation of Rule 13 (After a boat passes head to wind, she shall keep clear of other boats until she is on a close-hauled course.)
You did not make any effort to abide by Rule 13.
It's pretty clear here that misailingteam was wrong.

Can we list facts which are facts. No-one passed HTW before the contact so why R13?
Look at R18.2b and definition of mark room. Then R18.5 exoneration.

He has got more than 1 secs to act. and her intention was wrong because he was thinking that he was in zone and I can go up! I still thinking that he broke R11 on me..

Misailingteam, I find it hard to believe you think using enter to head up gives the windward boat time to keep clear. As you know pressing enter initiates a tack which causes the boat to head very quickly which is why 16.1 is in the rule book.

Mogul has mark room from mis, but must keep clear of mis as per R11. So mis must give room for mogul to sail 'to the mark' and and then room to sail her proper course while at the mark.
Mogul's proper course is to luff up to CH to the next mark.
But mis, you just do too much too soon. You luff to soon to be giving mark room and too quickly to comply with R16.1. Because Mogul has little speed it takes a while to luff up. You don't give Mogul a chance to break R11.
Mark-Room
Room for a boat to sail to the mark, and then room to sail her proper course while at the mark. However, mark-room does not include room to tack unless the boat is overlapped to windward and on the inside of the boat required to give mark-room.

misailingteam breaks R16.1 &18.2b spins to exonerate
