Busted changed suddenly her course , thus not giving me any chance to reaction. I was stopped so I hadn´t any chance to manouver.

Very, very, very bad position to do a spin. Esp could have easily crossed the startline to get well clear of other boats, as required by R44.2. BG cannot break R23.2 as there is no PC before start. BG doesn't change course (just sheets in), so he doesn't break R16.1. If esp's spin had succeeded without collision, esp would have gained significan advantage (good starting position), so he would have broken R44.1. All in all a bad decision, nothing to blame on BG.

The Hail of protest was not made at the time of the incident.
The incident occurred at t=-30.
The hail was made at t=10.6
40 seconds after the incident.
Protest invalid.

esp-11057 breaks R11 and R31, and does not comply with R44.2.
