Hi misailingteam,
In what way does mirrorking gain an advantage by his rule breach?
In what way do you think he broke R44.1.b?

Yes it's true R44.1(b) say that Okole sorry for file a wrong rule but...
mirrorking collision make Flash change his course fastest and I haven't got time to avoid right?
Flash broke R16.1 but he should be exonerated by rule 64.1(c) ?

Yes exactly!
Flash does nothing, but is bumped up into you by MK when MK breaks R10, so, yes Flash changed course and breaks R16.1, but was compelled (forced) to do so by MK breaking R10, so R64.1.c can exonerate Flash.
Aloha!

Decision:
mirrorking breaks R10 and spins to exonerate - protest dismissed
misailingteam breaks R16.1 but was compelled to do so by MK breaking R10 so gets exonerated by R64.1.c.
Aloha!
