Beano breaks R10 with James_S. No penalty is given because of the rules engine buffer.

Contact occurs at T:128.3s when it makes James_S change gybes and Beano to be knocked down a few degrees.

James_S presses P and scrolls through all the users in the field while trying to round the gate mark sailing as fast as possible. Protest was made asap (accidently passed Beano's name a few times, hence delay)

on seeing the replay it clearly is visable that i made contact with james. i did not however think that i made contact at that time as the connection was a bit jumpy, ( bottom mark rounding very wide) but in the end i accept that i was in the wrong

James, firstly, I think there may have been contact from the visual, but none of the boats around are penned so I'm not sure why the buffers should be full.

Secondly, you are very late raising the flag that I'm not sure it really complies with 61.1a.

Given the two elements of doubt I think I should rule this invalid.
