Threads ARE NOT USUALLY open in this forum. To file a protest use ALWAYS the Protest Editor, if the protest references a saved race use the link provided in the Results/Replays option for that race. If the protest cannot be referenced by a racelet use the Editor from the Protest Room option, Thank you.

Firstly I'm really sorry for filing a protest against RC but I really do feel I am justified in doing so.

I get a penalty, I do a spin. I then get another penalty and do 2 spins. However system decides to give me another penalty after all that. This has happened to me several times before and I posted a complaint in the technical forum about this issue. I think I have been disadvantaged and really deserve some redress here.

Thanks,
LMayo

you were involved in many collisions there.... lot's going on.

For me it's too time consuming to investigate whether this is a result from the collisions, possibly pressing T, and/or being protested-transferred against.

But unless there's some data roll out from what commands where distributed back and forth to the server in this field it is near to impossible to find out what really happened here.

Hi all.

LMayo I see that you spin from a "almost in irons" position. Did you press space bar just before finishing your spin? that could be the cause of being penalized again.

Anyway I don´t see any chance of redress here, sorry.

I really don't think I did press SPACE in this case. I would point out that this an example of many incidents that happened like this. See my post on the Technical forum.

It's simple.

No redress available unless there's proof that this is system-error.
It's unfortunate if you feel that this does not represent the truth, but then again we don't have the tools available to check any other truth than what we see in the replay. For all we know you may have pressed any key indeed and we can't check for that.

End of story.

The penultimate spin I see here, the one which doesn't register, stops before you get to where it started. You must have pressed space bar or one of the arrow keys.

I do it all the time without thinking.
