Lutxo the protestee tnx you your offer of a RAF. 
In the other hand Lutxo the protester has doubts 
There is a second part of the incident where Lutxo break R31, and R11 with flow.
Lutxo did one spin but she should do twice.
If you still think RAF is possible both parts will accept you RAF offer. |

44.1 Penalizarse
Un barco que puede haber infringido una regla de la Parte 2 mientras está en regata, puede realizar una Penalización de Dos Giros, o una Penalización de Un Giro si ha podido infringir la regla 31. Las instrucciones de regata pueden establecer el uso de Penalizaciones de Puntuación o algún otro tipo de penalización. Sin embargo,
(a) cuando un barco puede haber infringido una regla de la Parte 2 y la regla 31 en el mismo incidente no necesita penalizarse por la infracción de la regla 31;

I know this, we can forget the R31 with one or the R11.
But there were 2 R11 faults

I only see one with k11.
3737 breaks R18.2.b so you get exonerated by R18.5 for your breach of R11 with him.
You don;t need to spin for R31.
You owed one spin and asked for an RAF. All is good.
But I can DSQ you if you really want...
