BARCELONA BOAT SHOW EVENT. NEW FEATURE!! You can be with us via Skype. While the event races the skype chat will be on the speakers system. Look for sailx-regatta in skype, we will accept you inmediatly and you could join the on-line conversation in the boat show while racing.

From November 5th to November 13th the 'Salón Náutico de Barcelona' (Barcelona Boat Show) will open its doors for the 50th edition. It is an important event for sailors in Spain and also in Europe and this year it will be special.

To celebrate the 50th edition we're planning at SailX a couple of events.
The 1st one during Octuber, the daily regattas on Fridays will be part of the event. Prizes for winners and high quoeficient.

The Salón will prepare an area in the show premises during the opening days. We will be there, with big screen, loudspeaker and a dozen computers to show SailX to the general public and to let them race against the experienced SailX users world wide. Every two hours we will start a 'special' race with high quoeficient and with prizes for the sailors in Barcelona.

Del 5 al 13 de Noviembre se celebra en Barcelana la 50a edición del 'Salón Náutico'. Es la feria más importante de la náutica en España y esta vez va a ser 'especial'.

Para celebrar el aniversario hemos planeado en SailX junto con el Salón y con la Fede Catalana de Vela como colaborador un conjunto de actividades para los usuarios SailX y para los asistentes a la feria.
Para empezar, todos los viernes del mes de Octubre celebraremos 4 regatas, de 6 mangas cada una. Una clasificación independiente coontará los mejores 6 resultados de cada regatista. Con premios.
En el Salón tendremos un área SailX, con pantallas grandes, equipo de megafonia y ordenadores para los asistentes. Junto con las regatas normales, cada dos horas se lanzarán regatas especiales, de una sola manga, que serán comentadas en público y, ... con premios para los mejores.
Los usuarios SailX catalanes (o no) que deseen participar echando una mano en el evento que entren en el foro y lo comenten.
